1. Take a pan
2. heat oil in it then cook onion in it till it becomes golden brown after that put
red chilli powder
3. some water(1/2-1 cup) mix it then add ginger garlic paste salt
4. turmeric powder
5. zeera powder n tomatoes
6. now mix it well n cover for 10 -15 mins till then tomato cook well.
7. Now add maithee n peas
8. cover it n cook for 15 mins after that mix it well (3-4 times) now add water salt (if required)
9. red chilli powder(if required)
10. green chillies in maithee mixture for rice when water boils add rice in it n cook it till water dries on high flame (do not cover rice)
11. when water dries then mix rice n the mixture carefully so that rice not break
cover n cook them for 10 mins on low flame.
12. Pulao is ready.
13. serve it with aaloo ki bhujia or fried potatoes(sliced) n chill salad n yogurt.
