2 cups gram flour
2 cups white flour
3 cups fenugreek leaves
Salt as required
3 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp red chili powder
2 mashed bananas
½ cup oil
Knead the dough with al the ingredients except oil.
Now roll the dough into parathas and fry them in oil.
Serve with green chatni, achaar and salad.
