  1. آٹا---------------- 2کپ
  2. بیسن--------------- 2/1کپ
  3. باریک کٹی میتھی-------------- ایک کپ
  4. ہرا دھنیا----------------- تھوڑا سا
  5. ہیر مرچ کا پیسٹ----------- ایک چمچ
  6. نمک---------- حسبِ ذائقہ
  7. دہی-------------- 2چمچ
  8. گھی-------- 2چمچ
  9. ہلدی---------- ایک چٹکی
METHOD
  • تمام اجزاءکو آٹے میں ملا کر گوندھ لیں۔ 15-20منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ اب اس کے چھوٹے چھوتے پیڑے بنا کر بیل لیں۔ پھر ہلکی آنچ پر گھی لگا کر فرائی کرلیں۔ ٹماٹر کی چٹنی کے ساتھ پیش کریں
