Ingredients
  1. Fenugreek leaves 1 cup chopped
    Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
    Tomatoes 3 chopped
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Salt 1 + 1 tsp
    Turmeric ¾ tsp
    Oil ½ cup
    Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp + 1 tsp
    Allspice 1 tsp + 1 tsp
    Sweet corn 1 cup
    Khoya ¼ cup
    Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
    Fresh cream 3 tbsp
    Onion 1 cup chopped
Method
  • Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste 1tbsp, salt 1 tsp, chili powder 1 tsp, allspice 1 tsp, leave it for 1 hour, heat half cup oil, add chopped onion fry transparent, add fenugreek leaves with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chopped tomatoes, fry well. Add remaining chili powder, salt, fry well, add in marinated chicken, cover and cook till chicken tender about 20 minutes, add sweet corn, khoya, allspice, fresh cream, coriander leaves.
