آلو۔۔۔۔۔1 پاؤ
تیل۔۔۔۔1 پیالی
میتھی۔۔۔۔2/1 کلو
ٹماٹر۔۔۔2-1 عدد
ہری مرچیں۔۔۔۔5-4 عدد
گول لال مرچ۔۔۔۔7-6 عدد
لہسن۔۔۔۔5-4 جوئے
لال مرچ۔۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچ
زیرہ۔۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچ
ہلدی۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔حسب زوق

METHOD

ایک پین میں تیل گرم کرلیں۔ ساتھ ہی لہسن، زیرہ، گول لال مرچ اور ہری مرچ ڈال کر کڑکڑائیں۔ اب اس میں آلو شامل کرلیں۔ پھر اس میں ٹماٹر، ہلدی اور لال مرچ ڈال کر ڈھک دیں۔ اس کے بعد میتھی شامل کرکے دم پر رکھیں۔ آخر مین نمک مکس کرلیں۔ تیار ہونے پر گرم گرم کھانے کےلئے پیش کریں۔
