گوشت اور نوڈلز کے کباب (INGREDIENTS)

گائے کا گوشت ( بغیر ہڈی ) ----- ڈھائی سو گرام
انڈے والے نوڈلز ( ابلے ہوئے ) ----- سو گرام
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
پسا ہوا دھنیا ------ دو چائے کے چمچ
چاٹ مصالحہ ------ ایک چائے کا چمچ
پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچیں ----- چار عدد
آلو ( ابلے ہوئے ) ------- دو عدد
انڈے ( پھینٹے ہوئے ) ----- دو عدد
جو ( کٹے ہوئے ) ------- ایک پیالی
نمک ------ حسب ذائقہ
تیل ------- تلنے کے لیے

METHOD

گوشت کو ابال کر اس کے ریشے کرلیں٬ آلو کا بھرتہ بنا لیں اور ہری مرچ باریک کاٹ لیں- ایک پیالے میں انڈے اور جو کے علاوہ تمام اجزاﺀ ملا لیں- اس آمیزے کے رولز بنا کر پہلے انڈے اور پھر جو میں اچھی طرح سے لپیٹ لیں- کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور ایک وقت میں چار رولز کڑاہی میں شامل کر کے انہیں سنہری رنگ آنے تک تلیں اور پھر جاذب کاغذ پر نکال لیں-
