  1. گائے کا قیمہ ۔۔ 400 گرام
  2. ڈبل روٹی ۔۔ چار سلائس
  3. انڈہ ۔۔ ایک عدد
  4. تازہ دودھ ۔۔ ایک پیالی
  5. پیاز(چوپ کی ہوئی) ۔۔ ایک عدد
  6. پسی ہوئی رائی ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
  7. پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
  8. پسا ہوا گرم مصالحہ ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
  9. لہسن ۔۔ چار جوئے
  10. ٹماٹو کیچپ ۔۔ آدھا پیالی
  11. نمک ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
  12. چلی ساس ۔۔ سجانے کے لئے
METHOD
  • بلینڈر میں ٹماٹو کیچپ کے علاوہ تمام اجزاء یکجان کرلیں۔ ڈبل روٹی کے سانچے پر چکنا کاغز بچھائیں اور آمیزہ اس میں ڈال دیں۔ چمچے کی مدد سے اس کی سطح ہموار کریں اور اس کے اوپر برش کی مدد سے ٹماٹو کیچپ لگائیں۔ سانچے کو پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 170 سینٹی پر تیس منٹ تک پکا کر نکال لیں۔ اس کے ٹکڑے کانٹیں اور چلی ساس سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
