INGREDIENTS

1 liter Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1 packet Tetra pack cream
200 gm Khoya
2 large Bread slices
1 tsp Kewra water
For Falooda1 Cup Corn flour
2 1/2 Cup Water
Few Drop Yellow color
1 Tsp Kewra water.
1 tbsp Almonds and pistachio sliced

METHOD

For Falooda

  • Mix together 1 cup corn flour, 2 1/2 cup water, few drops Yellow color and 1 tsp Kewra water in a pan, cook stirring till thick and glossy,
    Remove and pour in a falooda mold,
    Keep over a pan on chilled water, press the mold hard you will get falooda strips, use to serve with Qulfi.

For QulfiCook 1 liter milk till reduced a bit, add 1 cup sugar, continue cooking over low flame till mixture reduce to half,
Add in 2 bread slices and cook for another 5 minutes, remove from fire,
Add 200gm khoya and 1 tsp kewra water, cool mixture, then put in a blender and blend well,
Add 1 tbsp sliced almonds and pistachio, put in Qulfi molds chill till firm.
