Makhani Halwa recipe by Rida Aftab. This delightful Latest recipe of Makhani Halwa can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.

INGREDIENTS

250 grams semolina
250 grams ghee
250 grams khoya
750 grams milk
4 cardamoms
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp kewra
Pistachios/almonds as required

METHOD

Soak 250g semolina in 750g milk for 2 hours
In a wok heat 250g ghee and fry the soaked semolina
When the oil forms a layer on top add 1-1/2cup sugar and cook for another 6-8 minutes
Now add 4 cardamoms,1tsp kewra and 250g khoya.Cook for another 3-4 minutes
Transfer in a  dish, garnish with almonds and pistachios
