Pre heat the oven on 180 degree. Melt chocolate and butter on double boiler until smooth put the bowl aside allow the chocolate to cool beat egg till thick and tail. Gently fold in the flour bicarbo soda and salt, fold the chocolate mixture in the egg mixture until well combined. Pour mixture in 8 ramekins and bake for 15 to 20 minutes make the glace by melting butter and chocolate together to from a gloosy mixture and spoon it our the ready pudding. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate from top.
