لاھوری چنے (INGREDIENTS)

چنے ٣٠٠گرام گلے آئل ٢٥٠گرام پیاز ١عدد درمیانی لالمرچ،کالیمرچ ایک ،ایک ٹی سپون نمک حسب ذائقہ کارن فلور ٢چمچ خشک دھنیا ٢چمچ گرم مصالحہ ٢چمچ

METHOD

آئل کو خوب گرم کر لیں ،پیاز اور کارن فلور کے علاوہ سارے مصالحے شامل کریں ایک منٹ بعد چنے ڈال کر ٣سے٤منٹ فرائی کریں کارن فلور تھوڑے سے پانی میں گھول کر چمچہ چلاتے ھوے شامل کریں آخر میں باریک کاٹی ھوئی پیاز ڈالیں اور مکس کریں لذیز چنے تیارہیں نوٹ: چنے دھو کر گلا اچھی طرح گلا لیں
