Ingredients
  1. Beef/mutton Mince½ kg
    Yogurt   1 cup
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Red chili powder1 tbsp
    White cumin1 tsp
    Black cumin1tsp
    Small cardamom6
    Black pepper corn6
    Saltto taste
    Lemons                4
    Chopped mint leaves1 bunch
    Chopped green chilies4
    Gram flour2 tbsp
    Oil½ cup
    Raw papaya paste2 tbsp
Method
  • Take a bowl and add in ½ kg beef mince, 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp papaya paste, 1 tbsp red chili powder and 4 lemon juice.
    Together grind white cumin, black cumin, small cardamom and black peppercorn together.
    Add the grinded spice in the mince along with chopped mint leaves ad 4 chopped green chilies.
    Take a dish and spread mince on it. Add in oil and cook it.
    When the water of the mince dries, add it in a silver dish. Add in 2 tbsp oil and simmer it.
    Keep a tawa under that silver dish.
    Give it an coal burn and serve.
