انڈر کٹ (چھوٹے ٹکڑے) آدھا کلو
آلو چوکور کٹے ہوئے ۔۔ دو عدد
پیاز چوپ کی ہوئی ۔۔ دو عدد
ٹماٹر پسے ہوئے ۔۔ دو پیالی
پسا ہوا لسن ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس ۔۔ تین کھانے کےچمچے
لیموں کے چھلکے ۔۔ ایک چائے کے چمچہ
ہرا دھنیا ۔۔ آدھا پیالی
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
تیل ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
ہرا دھنیا ۔۔ سجانے کے لیے

METHOD

دیگچی میں تیل گرم کر کے پیاز سنہری کریں۔ اس میں لہسن، گوشت، لال مرچ، کالی مرچ اور نمک ڈال کر چند منٹ بھونیں۔ اس میں ٹماٹر اور آلو ڈال کر گوشت گلنے اور پانی خشک ہونے تک پکائیں۔ اس میں لیموں کا رس اور لیموں کے چھلکے ڈال کر ڈش میں نکالیں اور ہرے دھنئے سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
