1.Break vermicelli and pour butter on it, mix well.
2.Line a baking dish with this broken vermicelli, press to make a firm base especially to edges with thumb.
3.Cook khoya, rubry and milk on a slow flame till. Keep stirring until thick and no water remains.
4.Pour this mixture over the base then again layer with broken vermicelli.
5.Bake at 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
6.Take out of oven and pour sugar syrup while hot.
7.Rest for a while then turn over, cut in to squares and serve.
