INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp turmeric
1 piece ginger, chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp red chillies, crushed
4 tomatoes, chopped
½  kg prawns
1 tbsp yogurt, for topping

METHOD

Heat oil, add onion, turmeric, ginger chopped, garlic crushed,red chillies crushed, tomatoes and sauté, add prawns, a little water andcook
before serving add a dollop of yogurt on top and serve with rice.
