کشمیری چائے (INGREDIENTS)
  1. پتی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  2. پانی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دو کپ
  3. دودھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کپ
  4. چینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
  5. نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  6. بادام۔پستہ
METHOD
  • ایک کپ پانی میں پتی ڈال کر بیس منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں پھر اس میں ایک کپ اور پانی ڈال کے اسی طرح پکائیں پھر اس میں دودھ ڈال کر بیس منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکے دیں ۔اگر رنگ نہ آئے تو لال کھانے کا رنگ ڈال دیں پھر بادام پستہ ڈال کر پیش کریں۔

this is not a proper method for making color if tea prepared correctaly color appear automatically there is no need of food color
