Cut ½ kg chicken into small pieces, now mix chicken with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 chopped onions.
Now add 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
Cut butter paper into squares, put a little chicken in center of each square. Fold and pin up the edges with stapler pins.
Make small packet with the remaining chicken and butter paper. Then deep fry the packet for 6 – 8 minutes.
Remove in a platter, remove butter paper and discard, put the chicken into serving platter, pour lemon juice on top.
Garnish with onion rings and serve.
