لہسن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
ادرک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ثابت لال مرچیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ پندرہ عدد
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک سے ڈیڑھ چائے کا چمچہ
کوکنگ آئل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک تہائی کپ
زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ٹماٹر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چھ عدد

METHOD

تیل گرم کر کے اس میں پیاز،ادرک لہسن فرائی کریں۔ ایک الگ پین میں ثابت لال مرچ کو دو کپ پنی میں میں پبدرہ منٹ پکائیں۔ جب نرم ہوجائے تو بلینڈر میں باریک پیس لیں اور پیاز کے ساتھ مکس کرلیں۔ اب قیمہ شامل کرکے پندرہمنٹ تک فرائی کریں۔پھر اس میں ٹماٹر،تین کپ پانی اور نمک ڈال کر ابال آنے پر بیس منٹ تک ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔ آخر میں املی کا گودا،زیرہ اور دھنیا شامل کرکے دس منٹ تک پکنے دیں۔ املی کا قیمہ تیار ہے۔
