INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups Precious metal Honor Unbleached All-purpose flour
One 1/4 cup mashed ripe Bananas
1/2 cup skim Milk
1/2 cup packed brown Sugar
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup canola Oil
One 1/2 Teaspoons Baking powder
Two egg whites
1/2 cup chopped nuts, if preferred

METHOD

Heat oven in order to 350°. Oil bottom just of loaf skillet along with margarine or perhaps a little canola oil, 8 1/2×4 1/2×2 1/2 inches.

Mix dry blueberry breads ingredients in a large bowl. Wisk with each other the actual milk, yogurt, egg cell whites and bananas. Pour in to the flour combination as well as combine until simply moistened and somewhat uneven. Put in to lf pan.
