ہری مرچ کا اچار (INGREDIENTS)
  1. تیل ۔۔ 4/3 کپ
  2. نمک ۔۔ حسب ذوق
  3. ہری مرچ ۔۔ ایک پاؤ
  4. بھنا کٹا زیرہ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
  5. اچاری مصالحہ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
  6. املی کا گودا ۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچے
METHOD
  • گرم تیل میں ہری مرچیں ڈآلیں کر فرائی کرلیں۔ اب اس میں تمام مصالحے شامل کر کے پانچ منٹ تک اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ ہری مرچ کا اچار تیار ہے۔
