Ingredients
  1. To make Samosa Wraps
    Flour ½ kg
    Clarified butter                3 tbsp
    Oil to fry
    Salt to taste
    For filling;
    Chicken mince ½ kg
    Onion (chopped) 1
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
    Red chili flakes                 1 tbsp
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Cumin seed powder ½ tsp
    Green chilies (chopped) 2-3
    Egg 1
    Oil to fry
    Chinese Salt to taste
Method
  • To make wraps, take ½ kg four in the mixing bowl. Add in 3 tbsp clarified butter and some water to knit the dough. Keep the dough aside for some time. Roll the dough and cut small rounds out of it.
    To make half moon samosa:
    Take some oil in the pan and sauté 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste to fry. Add in 1 onion and fry it. when the onion is fried add in add in ½ kg chicken mince, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp cumin seed, 1 tsp All spice powder and salt. Cook it well and transfer the mixture in the mixing bowl and cool it. Add in 2-3 green chilies and mix it. Fill in the mixture in the wraps and fold it. Fold the edge s with the egg and give it the shape of half moon. Deep fry them till golden brown. Garnish it with salad leaves and serve it with chutney.
