Ingredients
  1. Khoya½ kg
    Egg1
    Silver paper2
    Chopped almonds50 gm
    Baking powder½ kg
    Cardamom½ tsp
    Flour2 tbsp
    Oil2 tbsp
    Oilto fry
    For Sugar Syrup:
    Cardamom2
    Sugar2 cups
    Water2 cups
Method
  • Take ½ kg khoya, 2 tbsp flour,2 tbsp oil, ½ tsp baking powder and ½ tsp cardamom powder. Mix it with hand.
    Make small balls out of the mixture and fry them hot oil.
    Take 2 cups of water and 2 cups sugar along with 2 cardamoms. Cook it. And till the sugar syrup thickens then close the pan.
    Pour the sugar syrup in the bowl and add in the fried gulab jamun.
    Garnish it with 50 gm chopped almonds and silver paper. Serve.
