Ingredients
  1. ½ kg chicken boneless, cubed
  2. 6-8 green chillies
  3. 1 sachet coconut milk powder
  4. 3 onions, chopped
  5. Bunch of coriander
  6. 7-8 garlic cloves
  7. 1”piece of ginger
  8. ½ tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 lemon
  10. 10-12 peppercorns
  11. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  12. 1 tsp salt
  13. 10-12 curry leaves
  14. 3 tbsp oil
Method
  • Dissolve coconut milk powder in 1 cup hot water. Grind ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, chillies, peppercorns and cumin seeds, add turmeric powder and salt.
  • Heat oil, add onions and fry till golden, add curry leaves and masala paste and sauté, next add coconut milk powder, keep stirring till it comes to a boil and then add the chicken cubes and cook till done, sprinkle lemon juice and serve with boiled rice.
