Goan Fried Chicken recipe by Rida Aftab. This delightful Main Course recipe of Goan Fried Chicken can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.


Chicken (thigh piece)        6
Egg 1
Bread crumbs           1 cup
Flour          ½ cup
Vinegar     1 tbsp
Mustard paste          1 tbsp
Black pepper             ½ tsp
Chili powder              ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
Chilled water             as required
Oil  as required


Marinate 6 chicken thigh pieces with 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp mustard paste, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp chili powder and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Now put marinated chicken in a pan with 1 cup water. Cover and cook till water dries and chicken is tender.
In a bowl mix together 1 egg, ½ cup flour and chilled water as required. Make thick batter.
Now dip chicken in prepared batter, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
