It’s really nice spicy bhujia. i love to eat this Ghatiye Ki Bhujiya specially in lunch. Its light spicy food & good for digest.

INGREDIENTS

250 gm Ghatia

1 cup Onion sliced

2 Tomatoes chopped

2 Green chilies chopped.

1/2 Cup Oil

1 tsp Garlic paste

1 tsp heaped Roasted and crushed cumin

1 tsp Chili powder

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Turmeric

METHOD

Heat ½ cup oil, fry 1 cup sliced onion till light brown, add 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp salt with ¼ cup water, add 250 gm ghatias and mix well, add ½ cup water to softened ghatias when little water left add cubes of tomatoes, 2 green chilies, simmer for 10 minutes.Now it is ready to serve.
