Ingredients
  1. 2 cans of Crescent Rolls or you may make Homemade Pizza Dough
  2. 1 cup of Shredded Cheese
  3. ¼ cup of Onions (chopped)
  4. ½ cup of Bell Peppers (Shimla Mirch) or Hot Peppers (chopped)
  5. ½ cup of Tomatoes (chopped)
  6. 6 Eggs
  7. Salt (to taste)
  8. Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (to taste)
  9. ½ cup of Milk
  10. Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  11. 1 cup of Ground Beef (Keema)
Method
  • Spread two cans of crescent rolls on a cookie sheet to make a crust. (Or use Homemade Pizza Dough .) Sprinkle cheese, vegetables, and meat over dough.
  • In a blender, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Beat, then pour over cookie sheet. Toss on herbs for color and flavor. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes until done.
  • Let pizza cool and cut in squares.
