Heat ½ cup ghee in a pan, add 1 chopped onion and a little mix whole spices, fry well.
Now add 4 green chilies and 1 tbsp cumin seeds, fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add 1 ½ glass of water, salt to taste, 1 cup boiled peas and 1 tin fruit cocktail. Cook till it comes to a boil. Now add 300 gm soaked rice.
When the rice starts coming on top mix it well, cover and simmer on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.
Dish it out, garnish with fruits and serve hot.
