Ingredients
  1. French beans ½ kg
    Potatoes (cubed) ½ kg
    Fenugreek saag                 8
    Green chilies 6
    Red chili buttons 8
    White cumin seeds  1 tsp
    Turmeric  1 tsp
    Salt  as required
    Finely chopped garlic 6 cloves
    Kissan cooking oil 1 tsbp
    Butter  1 tbsp
Method
  • Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic in it, then add potatoes cube, turmeric powder and salt and fry the potatoes well. Once they start to turn golden brown, add in French beans, fenugreek saag, green chilies and red chili buttons and cook them till everything starts to come together. Then cover and let it get tender. Now when the water dries out, add in white cumin seeds and butter and stir in. French beans are ready to serve.
