  1. مچھلی بون لیس۔۔۔۔۔1 کلو
  2. انڈے۔۔۔۔۔۔4 عدد
  3. میدہ۔۔۔۔۔۔1 کپ
  4. بیکنگ پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچ
  5. نمک۔۔۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچ
  6. کالی مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچ
  7. مسٹرڈ پیسٹ۔۔۔۔۔1 کھانے کا چمچ
  8. زیتون کا تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔فرائی کےلئے
METHOD
  • مچھلی میں نمک، کالی مرچ اور مسٹرڈ پیسٹ لگا کر ایک گھنٹہ چھوڑ دیں۔ ایک باؤل میں اینڈے کو اچھی طرح پھیٹ لیں۔ اب میدہ میں تھوڑا نمک بیکنگ پاؤڈر ملا کرانڈہ شامل کریں۔ تیل گرم کرکے مچھلی کو میدہ کے آمیزے میں ڈبو کر درمیانی آنچ پر 10 تک فرائی کرلیں۔ تیار ہونے پر گرم گرم کھانے کےلئے پیش کریں۔
