کدو کی فیرنی (INGREDIENTS)
  1. سبز کدو کلو
  2. دودھ ایک کلو
  3. چینی حسب پسند
  4. پستہ، بادام الائچی حسب پسند
METHOD
  • کدو چھلکے سمیت ابال کر چھیل لیں۔ پیس کر دودھ میں ملا لیں۔ دودھ کو موٹی چھلنی میں چھان لیں۔ اب فیرنی کی طرح پکائیں۔ گاڑھی ہونے پر چینی شامل کر یں۔ چمچ چلاتی رہیں۔ چینی کا پانی خشک ہو جائے تو پستہ ، بادام کاٹ کر ڈالیں۔ الائچی پیس کر چھڑک دیں۔ ٹھنڈا کر کے نوش کر یں۔
