Cut onion, capsicum, green chilies, mushroom and red capsicum into thin juliennes.
Marinate chicken breast with chopped garlic, salt to taste and 3 tbsp lemon juice. Now cook marinated chicken in a grill pan with a little oil.
When the chicken is done, remove from fire and cut into strips.
Now in a bowl mix together chicken strips, all the chopped vegetables, ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds, sliced mushroom, tomato paste, salt, chopped green chilies, crushed red pepper and ¼ bunch of coriander leaves. Mix well.
Then sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and grated mozzarella cheese on top.
Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, serve hot.
