Ingredients
  1. • Mutton 1/2 kg
  2. • Yogurt/Curd 1/2 kg
  3. • Turmeric 1 tsp
  4. • Black pepper to taste
  5. • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  6. • Green chillies 3
  7. • Onion 2
  8. • Tomatoes 500 gm
  9. • Oil 3 tbsp
  10. • Cumin seed powder 3 tsp
  11. • Bay leaves 4
  12. • Coriander powder 3 tbsp
  13. • All spices 3 tsp
  14. • Mint leaves 3 tbsp
  15. • Salt to taste
Method
  • Put mutton in a bowl add yogurt, turmeric, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt, all spices powder and green chillies mix and marinate for half hour.
  • In a pan heat oil and fry sliced onion untill brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and fry.
  • Put cumin seed powder, bay leaves, coriander powder and mint leaves fry till oil become separate.
  • Now add marinated mutton let it cook untill gets dry.
  • Serve hot with naan or chapati.
