METHOD

کھجور کی گھٹلی نکال لیں اب پین میں مکھن ڈال کت پگھلا لیں مکھن پگل جائے تو اس میں کجھور ڈال کر اچھی طرح پکائیں پےر اس میں سوکھا دودھ اور بسکٹ کا چورا کر کے ڈالیے اچی طرح مکس کریں یہاں تک کہ تمام چیزیں یکجان ہو جائیں۔اب تھوڑا ٹھنڈا ہونے کے بعد بول بنا کر اس پر ناریل چھڑک لیں اس میں کوئی بھی کھانے کا رنگ شامل کر لیں ۔اب ڈیٹ بالز تیار ہیں۔
