دال رائس (INGREDIENTS)

چاول ---- آدھا کلو
نمک ---- حسب ذائقہ
دار چینی ----- ایک انچ کا ٹکڑا
لونگ ----- تین عدد
دال چنا ------ آدھا کپ
زیرہ پاؤڈر ------ دو چٹکی
مکھن ---- پچاس گرام

METHOD

سوس پین میں پانی٬ نمک٬ دار چینی٬ لونگ اور چاول ڈال کر بیس منٹ تک پکائیں- الگ سوس پین میں دال ڈال کر پانی کے ساتھ ابال لیں- دال گل جائے تو چاول اور دال دونوں کا پانی نتھار لیں- ایک سوس پین میں دال اور چاول کو ایک ساتھ مکس کرلیں- اس میں زیرہ پاؤڈر شامل کریں- مکھن ڈالیں تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر ڈھک دیں اور درمیانی آنچ پر دس سے پندرہ منٹ تک دم دیں-
سرونگ ڈش میں نکال کر اچار٬ رائتے اور سلاد کے ساتھ سرو کریں-
