کسٹرڈ (INGREDIENTS)
  1. کسٹرڈ پاؤڈر چھ بڑے چمچ
  2. چینی 125گرام
  3. دودھ آدھا کلو
  4. چاندی کے ورق تین عدد
METHOD
  • دودھ کو کسی برتن میں ڈال کر گرم کر یں۔ نیم گرم دودھ میں کسٹرڈ پاؤڈر ملا کر حل کر یں پانچ منٹ پکانے کے بعد چینی ڈال دیں اور چمچ ہلاتی رہیں۔ گاڑھا ہونے پر اتار لیں اور کسی ڈش میں نکالیں۔ ٹھنڈا ہونے پر چاندی کے ورق لگا کر نوش فرمائیں۔
