Ingredients
  1. Potatoes 1/2 kg boiled and mashed
  2. Sausages or any meat u like boiled and mashed
  3. Cheese 2-3 slices
  4. Parsley 1/4 bunch
  5. Eggs 2 boiled and mashed
  6. Eggs 1 for coating
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper to taste
  9. Saffron 1 pinch diluted in 2 tbsp warm milk
  10. Bread crumbs a full bowl
  11. Oil for frying
Method
  • 1. Take bowl add mashed potatoes, mashed sausages, crumbled cheese, eggs mashed, salt, pepper and very fine chopped parsley and saffron mix very well
  • 2. Make cylinder shapes or shape of your likings
  • 3. Dip in whipped egg then dip in bread crumbs
  • 4. Pan Fry in high heated oil you just have to give a golden color to it
  • 5. Ready to serve, Enjoy
