Coffee Mousse recipe by Gulzar Hussain. This delightful Latest recipe of Coffee Mousse can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish.


Flour 150g
Icing sugar 2 cups
Cooking chocolate 200g
Irish coffee 4tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Eggs 6
Baking powder 1tsp
For the topping
Milk 1cup
Sugar 2tbsp
Coffee 3-4tbsp
Cream 1/2cup
Crushed chocolate  as required


To prepare the mousse
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites until thick and foamy
Melt the 200g chocolate chips in a double boiler and beat in the egg yolks and 1 cup cream.
Now beat in 1 cup icing sugar and 1tsp baking powder.
Dissolve 4tbsp Irish coffee in ½ cup water and beat into the above mixture.
Fold in 150g flour and lastly fold in the egg white.
