Ingredients
  1. 1 cup cream
  2. 1 tin condense milk
  3. ½ liter milk
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. ½ cup chocolate sauce
  6. 50 grams chocolate chips
  7. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  8. 2 tbsp gelatin powder
  9. 2 tbsp corn flour
  10. 2 tbsp finely sliced almonds
  11. 2 tbsp coffee
  12. For garnishing
  13. ½ cup icing sugar
Method
  • In a pan, cook ½ liter milk. When it reached to boiling point, add 1 cup sugar in it.
  • Also add 2 tbsp corn flour after dissolving it in water.
  • Add 2 tbsp gelatin powder after dissolving it in slightly heated water.
  • Include 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp coffee in it and beat it with beater. Pour it out in an air tight box and freeze it.
