Grind 4 small cardamoms with 1 tsp sugar. Now take 2 tbsp clarified butter in the pan and add in cardamom and 4 cloves. Then add in 1 cup sugar and cook it. When the sugar dissolves add in 1 cup fresh milk and ½ cup raisins. Grease the dish and spread halwa on it. Fry some almonds separately, then garnish with fried, sliced almond and 1 cup desiccated coconut.
