Take 1 cup rice in 2 1/1 cup milk and cook it on a low flame. when the rice are cooked then add in fruit cocktail, 1 ½ cup sugar and ½ tsp cardamom and cook for 10 minutes. Remove it from the pan as the kheer thickens. Add in 250 gm khoya and few drops of khewra essence. In the end dish it out and garnish it with almond & pistachio.
