To make the pancakes, mix flour, egg, milk, oil and salt in a bowl usinga whisk, make a smooth batter and strain in another bowl to removelumps. Let stand covered for atleast 30 minutes. Heat a crepe pan, brushpan with butter and add a large ladle-full of pancake batter to pan,tilt immediately and cook a minute on each side. Remove on a plate andkeep stacking with greaseproof paper in between so as to prevent themfrom sticking to each other. For the filling, spread the chocolatespread in the pancakes. Fold over and serve.
