  1. میدہ ۔۔ 120 گرام
  2. چینی ۔۔ 125 گرام
  3. انڈے ۔۔ پانچ عدد
  4. ونیلا ایسنس ۔۔ چند قطرے
  5. کوکو پاؤڈر ۔۔ پانچ گرام
  6. میلٹ چاکلیٹ ۔۔ 100 گرام
METHOD
  • چاکلیٹ فج بنانے کیلئے سب سے پہلے انڈے اور چینی کو بیٹ کریں اس کے بعد اس میں میدہ اور کوکو پاؤڈر ڈال دیں اور ونیلا ایسنس کے چند قطرے ڈال دیں۔ جب یہ تمام مکسچر تیار ہوجائے تو اس کو اؤون میں 180 سینٹی گریڈ پر بیک کرلیں اور نکال کر میلٹ چاکلیٹ سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔0
