Ingredients
  1. Bread slices 6
    Butter 1 packet
    Chocolate spread ½ cup
    Beaten egg 4
    Caster sugar 1 tbsp
    Fresh milk 1 cup
    Fresh cream 1 packet
    Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
    Rusberry jam ½ cup
Method
  • Remove crust of 6 bread slices, spread each with butter and jam.
    Now cut into triangles and arrange in a greased baking dish.
    Make a layer of ½ cup chocolate spread on top.
    Dissolve 2 tbsp cocoa powder in a little water, now add to the milk and mix well.
    Now add 4 egg and 1 tbsp caster sugar. Beat very well.
    Pour mixture on top of bread slices. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
    Now bake in water bath at 180 degrees till golden brown.
    Now remove from oven, garnish with fresh cream and serve.
