Ingredients
  1. 1) Chicken Drumsticks 6, make 3 deep cuts in each
  2. 2) Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  3. 3) White vinegar 2 tbsp
  4. 4) Honey 1 tbsp
  5. 5) Black pepper 1/2 tsp, powdered
  6. 6) Sugar 1 tsp
  7. 7) White flour /
  8. 8) chicken 1 tbsp
  9. 9) Salt to taste
  10. 10) Eggs 2, beat egg whites and yolks separately
  11. 11) Oil for frying
Method
  • 1. Wash and drain the drumsticks.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients, except egg white and oil, in a bowl and marinate drumsticks in it for an hour.
  • 3. Dip each drumstick in beaten egg white and deep fry on low heat till golden brown.
  • 4. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper and sprinkle with a pinch of gram flour.
