Ingredients
  1. 4 Egg
    6 Almond (peeled)
    1 cup Peaches or oranges
    1 cup Condensed milk
    1 cup Cream
    1 cup Orange juice
    2 cup Cream.
    1/2 cup Castor sugar
    1/4 cup Water
    1 tsp Vanilla essence
    1 tsp Orange rind
    1 tbsp Gelatin powder
Method
  • Beat together 4 egg yolks, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tsp orange rind and 1/2cup castor sugar. Dissolve 1 tbsp gelatin powder in some water and add to the egg yolk mixture. Separately beat egg whites and add 2 cups cream. Now mix both the mixtures and fold in 1 cup condensed milk. Pour this mixture in a souffle dish. Freeze overnight. Garnish with peaches or orange and peeled almond. Serve chilled.
