1 package(s) Lucini Italia® frittata mix, chickpea, savory rosemary

3 1/4 cup(s) water

3 tablespoon oil, olive

2 teaspoon salt, sea, coarse, or Kosher salt

1 pint(s) tomato(es), cherry, or grape tomatoes, chopped

basil, fresh, for garnish


Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Coat skillet with oil spray and heat in oven for at least 5 minutes.
