Ingredients
  1. Chicken wings (with skin)½ kg
    Egg1
    Apple juice1 cup
    Chicken stock½ cup
    Parsley¼ bunch
    Crushed black pepper1 tsp
    Garlic paste1 tbsp
    Flour2 tbsp
    Corn flour2 tbsp
    Corn flour2 tbsp
    Oil3 tbsp
    Oilfor fry
    Saltto taste
Method
  • Cut chicken into lollypop shape, marinate with 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 egg and salt to taste.
    Now deep fry the marinated chicken wings until golden brown and crisp.
    Heat 2 – 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and sauté till golden brown.
    Add ½ cup chicken stock, 1 cup apple juice, ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and salt to taste.
    Cook for a few minutes. Thicken sauce with 2 tbsp corn flour paste.
    Lastly coat fried wings with the prepared sauce. Dish it out and serve hot.
