In a bowl mix together 250 gm corn meal, salt to taste, 125 gm yogurt and warm water as required.
Also add 1 tsp baking powder and knead to very soft dough.
In blender put together 3 green tomatoes, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper power and a little water.
Blend well to a smooth paste.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 chopped onion and fry till soft. Add in blended mixture and a little water. Fry well.
Also add sliced chicken and cook till chicken is tender.
In an square piece of aluminum foil put a little corn meal mixture, put chicken mixture on top. Now cover with corn meal mixture. Wrap foil paper.
Put in steamer for 25 – 30 minutes. Remove foil and serve with chutney.
