Ingredients
  1. Chincken breasts ½ kg
  2. Onion ½ cup
  3. Peanut butter 1 12 gram
  4. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  5. Coriander powder 1tsp
  6. Red chilli powder tsp
  7. Cumin powder 1tbsp
  8. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  9. Sesame oil 2tbsp
  10. Lemon juice 2tbsp
  11. Brown sugar 2tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil as required
Method
  • • Marinate chicken piece with soya sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder and salt and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • • Skewer chicken pieces on stick and grill them either in oven or over coal.
  • • Heat oil in frying pan; fry onions.Add red chillies, peanut butter, brown sugar and marianade od chicken pieces; cook for few minutes. Take out in bowl.Serve
