  2. tometo cubes cut 1 kilo
  3. hari mirch 7
  4. haldi half tsp
  5. black paper 1tbsp
  6. lal mirch 1 tbsp
  7. salt as requered
  8. oil 2cup
  9. shan methi 3 tbsp
Method
  • Sab se phele ek pan main oil lain or us main tometo dal kar mash kar lain jab tometo mash ho jain to us main haldi,lal mirch powder,black paper,salt,hari mirch dal kar bhoon lain jab ye achi tarhan bhoone jaye to is main chicken dal ke 30 min
  • pakka lain jab chicken pak jaye to us main methi dal kar 5min tak thora or pakka lain phir chola band kar dain or chicken red karhai ko ek dish main nikal kar us ke upar hara dhaniya dal kar garam garam roti ya nan ke sath serve karain....
